SPRING IS COMING

The geese have been flying overhead, it was 39 degrees when I took Cody to headstart (that's a heatwave), our days are longer and a little warmer, and snow is melting.  Yes, I believe Spring is coming and I am ready to welcome it.

I have had a really busy March so far.  We have been redoing my kiln room and repairing kiln, etc.  In addition I am reorganizing my studio and office space.  I will post pictures when finished.  My raku kiln is in the building process and I can't wait!

A fellow ETSY team member posted today about what she was thankful for and it made me sit down and think about all of the many blessings that God as bestowed upon me.  I am thankful for:

Being able to worship God freely
My family
That I live in a free country
That I have a house, including a studio workspace, food to eat, clothes and a vehicle to drive (although I still need one repaired.
For Spring, the sunshine, the birds,

My list could go on so I'll save the rest for another day.

I have a new project to work on.  I learned to make felted beads this summer and yesterday I got two fleeces they are Churro Sheep wool from the Navajo reservation.

Off to get busy - First organize studio, then create pottery on potters wheel, list new items on ETSY and play with the horses..

Have a great day
